Supply & installation of the following new buildings
- 324 permanent rooms
- a kitchen wetmess facility
- a first aid facility
- a gymnasium expansion
- a village communications head end building
- a mobile phone tower
- a Project Engineering office
- an infrastructure shed
- a beer garden; and
- squash courts
Installation of
- 304 construction rooms; and
- 13 laundries
Building modifications
- admin building renovation; and
- conversion of the old dry mess to a wet mess
Service Upgrades
- waste water treatment plant upgrade and expansion;
- potable water supply upgrade and expansion;
- village generator backup power upgrade;
- new sealed village access road; and
- 200 new village car park bays.
